WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF YOUR BIKE FIT

I bring the studio to the comfort of your own home without you having to worry about transporting your bike. We start our session by getting to know you and your goals a little better, I will go through a full body analysis from head to toe. We will use this as a reference throughout the duration of your bike fit. 

Then it's time to get kitted up, whilst your bike gets set up on the Wahoo Kickr & Climbr. Once I have taken all of the measurements from your current set up, I will start to analyse and compare how you are riding to your pre fit assessment. 

Using traditional bike fitting methods, as well as 2D video analysis via Dartfish software, I will then proceed to get the optimal fit for you. Please note that additional equipment may be required to get you on this optimal fit. The studio holds stock of different sized stems, handlebars, saddles etc. 

Once tidied up you'll be left confident in your new efficient fit, with a detailed fit report sent out via email. 

Expect a session to take anywhere between 2 and 3 hours.
